nope. I asked my rep and they went up the chain of command and was declined. This was mentioned by a few people online and they said the same thing.

Yes I sent that piece, and after reading the response from the regional manager from my SA. No dice, no matter the trim.

Only if a Cyberbeast or Premium AWD was ordered prior to cut off. Not the SAWD or any upgrade to any trim level or anything.

yeah, I'm not reading all of that since every single one of those cases are materially different. you seem to think Tesla should have open, unlimited access incentive programs that bend to your personal will.

I'm just pointing out that that is indeed not "bad customer service". You are being manipulative.

Just because Tesla could not deliver by the date they change the FSD program does not give them the ability to void the contract if in fact he placed the order prior and did not manipulate it after the the FSD program change. They are contractually bound. Easy torte case.

It's bummer, unfortunately.

I bought FSD in January after hearing it will be no longer an option on 2/14. It was on my Long Range RWD. Was going to wait it out for a good tonneau cover to be offered, then 3/31 transfer end announced. I saw the increasing lead-time on the AWD, I put in an order and two weeks later traded and delivered with FSD transferred. This was a week before standard AWD was announced. Was bummed at first, but If I had waited, I would been in the FSD transfer situation.

When the deal is too good, it's might not go through.

Because I transferred FSD from a foundation CT
(Tesla FSD terms clearly stated that foundation CTs didn’t qualify, so it couldn’t be done in the App)
I had to sign a written document and they were able to do it on “the back end”

So yeah, I disputed the transfer refusal from my Model S trade in. I ordered on the 28th on the word of my rep that I would be able to do the transfer.

I got notice to complete my order and schedule delivery a week ago as I was leaving for a cross country trip from Texas to Iowa and back. I tried to call my rep and left messages three times and I have received no response. I went online with the “contact” icon in the app and had a heated exchange with whomever was handling these requests. I was flatly denied and offered to cancel if I didn’t like it. I finally ended up putting a hold on the order since I’m out of town anyway. I’ll try my rep one last time, but it looks like a dead issue.

I figure they are monitoring this app and it probably wasn’t a good idea to post this to begin with. They seemed ready for me.
