Nice catch, OP!!

I'll say it's been updated, haha!!

Went from double-sided tape to full prime and caulk adhesive.

Hope it hits the store when I get my $2,500 voucher!!

ETA: The manual calls for an M18 caulk gun, but they picture an M12.

Glad they didn’t go with the 3M double-sided tape route that they originally had

wondering if this lightbar has a DLR setting that will sync it with the CT DLR ( light ON/OFF and intensity needs to be really low... for the looks only).. it could make CT look cooler when not using it off-road...which would be 98% of time for me ;) . I know some will pay for that!

Must be a reason it's taking so long to launch. Hopefully it will have some really cool features like that.

It was briefly listed for $750 when it was first announced - but rumors (which don't mean much) are saying $550.

I've never seen anyone post anything about it being listed at $750. Where did you hear that? Everything Tesla sells is about double to triple what a third party would sell for. T Sportline has a light bar and brackets for $825. It's an LED, not a Tesla Laser Light Bar so I would assume a price from Tesla of least $2-3,000.
Just my guess.

What's everyone thinking on this? Going to install yourself? Doesn't look overly complicated, but I've said that before. I was told at dealership that Tesla would send a mobile tech group to do the install. I'm guessing that will be another wait?

My mistake. I was thinking you were posting about power share. I’m hoping Tesla service centers install it. But I already ordered the 2 adhesive items needed just in case I’m doing it myself.

Tesla only allows certified Tesla installers.
Ok, thank you. My first Tesla, so I'm still learning. I had asked if it was going to be something individuals could do and he indicated we could, but Tesla would also hook me up with a mobile tech as I'm 3 hours from dealership. Any experience with this set-up or have you always taken to the dealership for service?
