How To Use $2,500 Shop Voucher When Many Items Are Unavailable?

I received my $2,500 Tesla Shop Code which expires in June 2025. I went to the Tesla Shop and found many items on back order. With thousands of people receiving vouchers how will I ever be able to buy what I want? I read that the voucher must be used all at once and cannot be used over time. Can it be used for supercharging? Down payment on a new car? Solar panels and battery backup for the house? Can I order my list of items from the shop even if back ordered, use the voucher in one transaction and let Tesla ship me the items as they become available? It doesn’t appear the shop is set up to do that. How can I use a voucher when the shop has nothing to sell?

I'm like you, what I want is mostly OoS or "late 2024'" (in the case of the Compressor Ultra) so I can't use the voucher...unless I want to forfeit any unused value.

Tesla needs to either allow us to use it like a Gift Card, or allow voucher folks the ability to backorder.

I was planning to use it towards the light bar amongst other things. Kinda shitty for Tesla to put an expiration on it when there's no telling when some of these accessories will be available.

With $2500 to spend all at once, it's not likely that everything that you want will be in stock at the same time...unless you do a high-dollar item like the tent or Cyberquad for kids. What I did was get as much as I could that was in stock and then made up the difference with 3 Tesla wall connectors. Those can always be resold, or maybe possibly exchanged later. Seems like they have pretty good stock of those.

I finally swallowed my pride and passed on the spare tire due to OoS and WTF am i going to do with it...takes up an insane amount of space when in the vault, and even more space when it's not in there. AAA may take a few hours, but I'd rather have a bunch of shit in the vault to play with while I wait then have next to nothing but a spare in there.

With my 60A circuit now pulled from panel to garage (???), I need the UWC, so I loaded up the cart:
- UWC
- Midnight Silver Metallic WC Face Plate, cuz...nothing on the CT is white?
- Left/Right Molle Panels, justified those to utilize the otherwise unusable space there
- Vault Divider, irritated as hell paying the Tesla ticket for that
- Tailgate Ramp, for the hell of it...maybe get on the 2stroke and send it over the frunk, GoPro in cabin looking up?
- 14-30 & 6-50 NEMA Adapters, to complete my PSMC kit with adapters for the most common plugs
- Pet Liner, for future use since it was in stock. Pup coming sooner than not, I'm sure
- J1772 Door Dock, Safeway has a free J1772 charger so I use it more than I thought lol
- Elevate Crewneck Sweatshirt, Black, cuz I needed another $100 or so to run up the bill, and my wife liked that one best as far as the $100 options went.

Not sure if the tax was wiped off since tax has already been paid on that $2500 voucher, but definitely something for those who HAVEN'T used it yet to watch for. After tax, my total was $2490 so I pulled the trigger. Order Confirmation showed in the $2300 range, so if I gave up $200, so be it. Just don't be a sucker like me and make sure to add a $300 wireless charger and $60 whistle.

Now with the left/right Molle Panels, I bet I could fit that spare tire in there with all my other shit strapped to the panels??‍

Was anyone here able to buy Gift cards with the voucher? How??? I know some people could, but I couldn't even trying multiple times, different browsers, different accounts, etc.
