A friend was running his hand over one of the front body panels and cut himself a few days ago. Looks like some kinda saw or something must have nicked it. I didn't know it was there. I just got the truck a couple weeks ago.
There is nothing I'm aware of that could have caused this after I got it. He's fine but I don't know what to do. It catches my microfiber when I'm wiping it. Should I go to Tesla? If so what kinda hassle am I looking at? Maybe I should just file it down myself? Will it rust if I do that?
Only other issue so far was the rubber where the bed cover slides starting coming off but I was able to put that back myself and it hasn't come off again.
I'm not a guy who is gonna lost sleep at night if his truck isn't perfect but I worry about someone else I don't know cutting themself. Especially with how enthralled children seem to be with it. I park outside at my business and don't want the liability of that.
