Anyone else getting a loud clunking noise when coming to a stop via regen at slow speed (like driving out of a driveway)? Not every time, but often. Created a service ticket and sent this video, where you can hear it. Edit: just noticed I can't add a video...

It's the brakes engaging for Hold Mode.

It only happens once out of 4 or 5 times.

I think that how loud is dependent on different factors, like are you on an incline.

Watch the hold light and see if it doesn't occur at the same time.

Definitely no Hold light. It has almost always happened on flat areas. This morning in a parking lot. Always seems to be the same volume, coming from right front.

Yes I get the same and have since day one. I would not call it loud ... more like a little clunk. I was told it was the brakes by the service center. They did not say anything about engaging hold I just assume the brakes kick in when regen is slowing down to full stop.

Does your's only come from one wheel? It sounds like a slow machine gun. Rat-tat-tat-tat-tat

Thanks! It is loud enough that a person in the parking lot 4 or 5 cars away turned quickly when it happened. The SC will probably tell us the same thing, but it scares me each time it happens!

Do you ever see the hold indicator? Or do you have it turned off?

Have never seen it. Most of the places we go where we might stop are very flat. Hills on our 1.5 mile driveway, but flat where we join the "main" (dirt) road. I don't think we would have turned it off. Have only had it for 2 weeks, 620 miles.

On the screen, near the headlights if I remember correctly

Vehicle Hold
When Cybertruck is stopped, Vehicle Hold can continue to apply the brakes even after you remove your foot from the brake pedal and is automatically enabled any time the vehicle comes to a complete stop.

This indicator displays on the touchscreen whenever Vehicle Hold is actively holding Cybertruck while stopped.

Thanks. Definitely have not seen that. Just looked at the video I filmed when it happened, and nothing appeared on the screen.

It doesn't appear that "Vehicle Hold" is something you can enable or disable, unless it has engaged, then pressing accelerator or brake disengages it. In my video, I see the whole screen, and it doesn't appear, AFAIK. Thanks for the suggestions! I will update after our appointment next week.
