Yeah Tesla has never been good with the answering the phone thing. why not just have a chat feature on the website? really annoying. Still looking for my full $2500

Thanks for letting me know. Looks like I am not the only one not receiving the second voucher. Sent email to [email protected] and of course, no response.

Still waiting for the $1800 remainder here. I called and emailed but the department that handles this does not have any customer service. The Tesla customer service # will only say they sent a request for the other department to look into it.

I finally got a response that there were issues and that the voucher should be sent out the end of this month… we’ll see.

I did get the email about wheel covers though.

Did you get any response to your email? I've not succeeded in contacting anyone this way, instead only being able sit on hold on a call & then failing to talk w/ anyone that has any info.
