Not sure if this thread already exists but looking for advice on how to move along or even strategies / insights around Powershare. Took delivery of my CyberBeast in IL on 5/25, the only thing Ive gotten YTD is two surveys from Tesla, a conversation with their energy team after waiting on hold (only thing they told me was that a workflow should kick-off on this item).

Located in IL any info would be awesome from this community, if anything a support group while we wait .

I have gotten a quote from approved technician etc. ordered the powershare through Tesla on July 17th and still waiting for it to be shipped.

got linked with a certified installer through qmerit, waiting on quote. Also still waiting on voucher from Tesla to order the equipment. Was approved for the $4000 install credit.

Been a month now since delivery and still waiting on the voucher. Installation quote is already finalized for a few weeks and getting the 4k credit but crickets on the voucher. I hope I get it before the bundle goes out of stock

Took delivery mid May as well. Just got an email from Q Merit yesterday saying they're my approved partner. Had me fill out another survey, same questions as the Tesla one. Also asking for photos.

Mine took about a month for an email to have it estimated and install. I live in California and I have not experienced many outages so I opted not to haec this installed. Also, I didn't want to have to pay extra $ to have something installed and use it seldome.

My email indicated that I need to cancel the install. I cancelled mine and the Qmerit will submit the report to Tesla and that will trigger to voucher to come...

Mine took about a month for an email to have it estimated and install. I live in California and I have not experienced many outages so I opted not to haec this installed. Also, I didn't want to have to pay extra $ to have something installed and use it seldome.

The authorized contractor is ready to install and has the equipment, but claims it won’t be operable until Tesla provides the software. So have to wait for that. Is that true?

Took delivery in early May. Approved and quoted for Powershare. Installer says they can't do it because the meter from Tesla has not been approved by the local power company. Waiting for whatever the process of approval is (and however long that takes) before I can get installed.

I took delivery of my Cyberbeast on May 4th and since that time heard squat about Powershare until yesterday when a flood of info came in.

I got an email from Qmerit telling me that I needed to fill out their assessment on my phone, taking pictures of my panel, AC units, etc. I did that and submitted.

Later in the day I got an email that an installer was being assigned.

Then I got a message that an installer was assigned

Then the installer contacted me and wanted to do the equivalent of a Facetime session with me to have me show him my garage, existing wall connector, panel, etc. so I did that with him.

This morning I got a message from Qmerit that the estimate had been submitted by the installer and they were reviewing it and once approved would be sent to me for approval.

I talked to the installer yesterday and he said that he was waiting on equipment from Tesla. I don't think any equipment is being shipped to me. I never received any voucher. I did take delivery before the May 20-something cut-off date for the end of the $4000 install credit and the communications from Qmerit clearly state that I am getting a $4000 credit. If the installer's quote comes back at say $3000 I have no clue what happens to the other $1000, I assume it evaporates or Qmerit takes it even though technically I think I should get it.

I can track progress with a link to Qmerit's website/portal.

My assumption is that Qmerit will approve the installer's quote then it will come to me to approve, if I approve then hopefully someone sends the equipment to the installer and they receive it and set up a time with me to install it. It is back to the waiting game at the moment, but at least it seems like there is "some" progress taking place. Local owners that took delivery of their AWD models in April have started having their Powershare equipment installed this month, so I'm hopeful that I will get mine installed sometime in August or September at the latest. It happens when it happens, not like I'd been waiting almost 5 years on the Cybertruck or anything...
