The driver side seat will snap forward and back when I stop and go. It seems to be the bottom seat portion and not the mounting I can manually cause it to rock with pressure.

my concern is overtime whatever is allowing it to rock now will wear and tear and become a bigger issue

Anybody else having this problem?

The service center claimed they weren't able to duplicated even though I replicated it as soon as I drove out, I opened a new ticket. I don't think they really tried hard.

Its mostly annoying as the seat shifts up and down when going into turns

That is wild. Early on I would leave the service center before confirming fixes. Now I confirm everything with the tech that worked on the truck before I leave. You would be surprised how many times they have had to take the truck back in to fix something they claimed was done.

WHAT!!! Did you show them what it does? These posts make me worry about the future of this truck and my normally relaxed demeanor...

Same thing happens to mine. It also makes a terrible creaking noise when moving your body left and right or when going on a turn.
They ordered me a new seat and should be here within the week.

I hear horror stories about the SCs, but I've always been very impressed with them. They fixed my squeeky bits in like 10min... Also fixed my broken windows for free despite it being totally not under warranty. They've been wonderful for my m3 since 2019 too.

When turning left and right, the seat clicks and shifts. Service center said they can't fix it.

Had this same thing happen as well as squeaking when shifting left or right. For us it had something to do with the center console. My husband picked it from the service center and they didn't write too much about how they fixed it but I believe they removed the center console and did something and it was fixed for me. :) BTW, this was the Tampa, FL service center. Best advice for dealing with them is videos and pictures and keep track of the status of your repairs in the Tesla app. I had a driver's door rattle and they posted they couldn't replicate it in the notes online. Before I went to pick up the car I forwarded the video of the door rattling on the way to the service center and told them this had to be fixed before I picked it up. Low and behold they were able to hear it suddenly and fixed it without issue.

Of course there are horror stories with any brand, especially high end ones, but I've noticed a lot of the Cybertruck horror stories are from people with very young accounts and a post history mostly of depressing sounding problems.

Hmmmm...what could it mean? I mean, either the seat rocks or it doesn't. The claim is it rocks, the service tech reportedly said he couldn't get it to rock.

For the record, my seats rock too, even though they are rock solid.

No issues here. I'd keep going to the Service Center.

I have the same issue. It’s very slight but still annoying. Do you have any updates on this?
