In the last 6 months, I've taken delivery of (2) $100k vehicles at Pensacola Service. This complaint is about the dump of a location, not the staff.
Pensacola is an old, multi-tenant, shared metal storage garage. New cars are parked next door on an empty, unimproved, wooded lot. It is dirt and mud and new cars scattered wherever they can fit between the trees.
This place is not even suitable for a grimey used car 'buy here, pay here' sales lot.
Pensacola is a dump and gives a poor customer experience and Elon needs to build a new location ASAP. It's absolutely embarrassing that Tesla thinks this location is ok to deliver/service any type of vehicle, let alone brand new $100k cars.
This location serves all of the Florida panhandle, most of Alabama, and some of Georgia. It's an absolute dump.
