Is it me or has the VIN allocation algorithm slowed for Cyberbeast orders?
Not seeing as many posts “I GOT my VIN!“
I realize there are probably 100’s of thousands of orders out there that aren’t even part of this community thread, however based on membership #’s here and the chart for order tracking, it appears something has slowed when comparing VIN posts.
The only ”fast” delivery schedules seem to come merely from what appears to be cancelation orders and someone else got bumped in line for a quick delivery. Are trains getting delayed to SC locations?

Maybe it has a little to do with the fact that the most rabid fans reserved early and joined this forum. Now that most of them have their VINs, all who are left are the slow reservationists who later became rabid Cybertruck fans. There aren't as many of those.

After getting vin and proving insurance and paying for the car, how long till people typically get their car?

It's been 1.5 weeks since I got my vin. Fully paid for the beast + insurance. I'm on the last step of just waiting to schedule delivery.

I think it’s going to depend upon the individual case but at this point I’m thinking 4 weeks total unless your truck has some issue that delays it a bit (passing acceptance at the factory, transport to the DC, getting through the cue and passing delivery inspection at the DC).

Checked the app this morning. Nothing. Then got a text to update payment (paying cash in Michigan). Got a call from the local SC right after. They said delivery in about 1 week and to get payment made and insurance uploaded ASAP to avoid delays.
So pumped!

I picked up my CyberBeast today !!!! This truck is AMAZING! Question I have for anyone who already has received theirs. I placed my order configuration on 5/30/24 do I get the $4k power share credit? If not then do I just use the $2500 gift card and buy the universal wall charger and PowerShare and contact Qmerit? What is the way to go about getting PowerShare?

Those are three completely separate things. You don't have to prove insurance or pay for the vehicle until you pick it up.

Proving insurance varies by state. In Washington I only had to show that I was insured to drive my current car, not the Cybertruck. Although it is not a bad idea to add new vehicles to your policy before driving away, even in Washington where your existing insurance company is obligated to cover the newly purchased vehicle under the same limits as on your existing auto policy, as long as its current.
