Should we offer a color matched stainless steel bed cap topper, or just stick with matte black?

Happy Cyber Sunday from Milwaukee! Traveling back from a moto show this weekend, wanted to get your guys opinion on our new Modular Bed Rack with solid panels, roof, rear door and internal divider to turn into a sealed up bed cap topper. We'll for sure be offering in the dark smoke polycarbonate window version and matte black stainless steel, should we offer in color matched stainless steel option, price will be around $300 more than matte black.

I'd be worried that if it didn't match exactly it would just come out bad. Like wearing a dark blue suit that looks great in your closet only to realize that the slacks are ever so slightly different in the sun that its obvious and looks dumb.

I’d rather see some bright colors like a red/ blue or American flag wrap rather than more “stainless”. You’ll likely struggle to match the stainless grain / color and it’ll look off. The black adds sleekness, kinda like blacked out a/b/c pillars.

Its a really good match, the pics above the truck has a matte wrap and the part is matched to the cyber stainless, so little off because of that.

Poly for me. I think stainless won't match long term, and I am not sure I would want it to.

The poly looks the best imho, but the stainless with matte black will be cheaper, and a great look, like many sheet metal overland bed toppers.

I prefer the stainless. It doesn’t matter to me that it possibly not match as the doors themselves already are of a different color anyways. Another reason for a lighter color is being out in the sun, black or dark colors will turn the topper into an even hotter oven.

I'd make it an option for those who wish to remain with SS. Whatever you go with it must be able to get wrapped...IMO, now I'd like your opinion on where this topper is in respect with features, price and availability. I've been watching and waiting for others to join the race for a topper for the CT... personally I'd like one that has climate controls, for camping. I went to your website, but don't see anything yet...your competition has had elaborate ideas...I hope you do as well.

Not a fan of any of it but I would guess most with that type of thing are looking for a color match. I would just do the stainless and let people wrap it if they want
