Tesla !
My Cybertruck that’s been in service since July 19th after being rear-ended. As a loyal Tesla customer who’s supported the brand for years and even paid extra for the foundation, I’m feeling pretty let down by how things have gone so far.

It took 3 weeks just to get an estimate, and now I’m being told it’ll take another 3 weeks to assemble after the parts finally arrived. I get there are challenges, but that kind of timeline isn’t acceptable, especially for someone who’s stuck by Tesla from the start.

I’ve shown my support for Tesla, and I really hope Tesla can show a bit more appreciation by speeding things up and keeping me in the loop. Can you please give me an update and let me know how this can be resolved faster?

I am not blaming anyone for the accident, I am just complaining the service, it takes almost 3 months to replace a bumper, it is unacceptable.
You can go to another body shop. There are many that work on Teslas.

For cyber truck, there are only 2 Tesla service centers in socal, There may be 3rd parties, but tesla insurance "recommends" their own collision center for so-call "speedy service"

My points: nice car, bad service!

Those 2 are always backlogged, you will be waiting forever. There are a ton of other Tesla certified body shops in the area you can go to.

Took 3 months for my M3P to be repaired. There was no service center to take it to, it had to be a Tesla certified shop. Original estimate was 2 weeks, but once they got into it, it 15k of damage and had to order more parts. Worst part is my tail light lense now fills with moisture. Things like this take time. To resolve, if you wanna blame anyone, it should be the idiot that ass ended you.

Yeah but a “don’t buy” rating? Come on! That’s total BS.

Service is not body shop. Body shop is not service.
Might be in same building. Yet do very different things.

Sorry to hear one is having trouble. Hope the next accident isn't as bad.

Service has been horrible for me too. Over a month in service to replace HVAC that was delivered nonfunctional just to get it back and they’ve curbed a wheel and the truck was misaligned. Took it to a different service center to repair the alignment and they had it for 2 weeks just to give it back and it’s still misaligned. Will be filing a lemon law claim soon and getting anything other than a Tesla. Seeing the brand becoming worse and worse over the last couple years makes it impossible to own another one.

yes, and it could be sometimes but, in my experience, much better than Mercedes Benz's (the only one I can compare to from experience). Parts availability probably better at MB but we are not really comparing apple to apples - CT is BRAND NEW model

But "DONT BUY" .... your post would carry much more weight if you sold your CT due to bad service - that I could respect
