Could you please give some tips / advice on how to best mount things like the mobile charger, first aid kit, etc.? Would prefer to do so securely, and without damage to the bed (or to avoid as much risk as possible of having mounted items become missiles in a crash) haha.

Not a problem! The way to avoid things becoming missiles in a crash is not use bungee cords. Proper rope work and a knowledge of knots is far more secure than zip ties, bungees, or those rubber molle clips.

For things that you mount without a case, like a recovery strap or shovel, the easiest knot to learn is the girth hitch, or woodland rope zip tie. You just thread a loop through the molle panel, and tie the object directly to it.

For objects that can't be threaded through, like the mobile charger case, I use a box/package lashing, held together again with just the woodland zip tie. All it is folding the line over itself to pull tension on all four sides at once. You've probably seen it on wrapped gifts:

Takes about 30s to mount and 3s to pull it off. Even faster if you want to get deeper into quick release knots ?

Pretty sure that's water. Red is gasoline. Yellow is diesel. Blue kerosene. And green is for oils.

looks great! any reason you don't like folding shovels? Are you going to get the cargo divider? I think I'm going to use the molle on my cargo divider and just forgo the panels...

I also bought the Quick Fist clamps, but tell me what you used for the backing plate and screw to attached to molle. I can’t seem to find the correct size. What did you use?

At least when I’m adventure riding, I carry a small spade shovel and roll of TP. When you gotta go…….you gotta go.

At first I didn’t plan on spending the money for the Molle panels, but got inspired by your set up.

This is my current setup…

Driver Side:
Breaker bar (might put in the gear locker or somewhere else later)
Coleman propane tank (removed during hotter summer weather)
Fire extinguisher
Water bottle with zip ties

Passenger Side:
Axe
Water bottles with strap ties
