Anyone know if FSD jail is active for the cybertruck?
In the release notes, for the Driver Monitoring portion.

"... Warnings will escalate depending on the nature and frequency of detected inattentiveness, with continuous inattention leading to a Strikeout:"

So, yes, you can get put into FSD Jail. Frankly, it is really difficult to get put in FSD Jail unless you are truly misusing FSD.

Since I have never had FSD, can you get out of jail? What does it take if so?
It takes 3 strikes to get into real fsd jail. pretty unlikely unless you don't care lol

It resets pretty often, maybe weekly? Used to be on updates I think.

But a single jailing just requires going to park, unbuckling, opening the door. Closing the door and then going again and your out of the single jail

Over 80k miles on FSD Beta and never had a strikeout.

It's five strikeouts. It's listed under Autopilot settings.

There wasn't any mention of how long you stay in the penalty box though.
