Nothing in my wallet on the app. I picked up my Cyberbeast on 9/18 and just got the email today.

Called Tesla and the agent was useless. I’ve resorted to texting the delivery number. I‘m so irritated and any help or guidance would be appreciated.

This wouldn’t be such an issue if items would stay in stock or they stocked everything at the same time but as we know, it’s hit or miss and at this point seems impossible to do everything as a single transaction.

Never was! There was a loophole back before July, where you could buy Tesla gift cards with this $2500 as part of the one-time use (I did). But that loophole no longer available.

I picked my CT AWD up on 9/14 & I have store credit. You need to call customer service & have the voucher etched to credit. I love it because as stuff becomes available I buy a little here and there (but @ least $50 per purchase to get the free shipping of course, lol)

Which customer service do you call? I have called multiple and keep getting routed to others. They finally told me to email powersharesupportna and I have sent them multiple emails over the last month and received nothing back
