if you are a new buyer they have done away with the clause.
however I do wonder if you got it when that was a thing and signed it if it would be Enforced for those people? however I read that they never did really enforce it anyway.

Agreed. It wasn’t a bad offer at all, I just finagled with a couple of other local parties and got lucky since they kept one upping each other. Sad i missed out on the FSD, sounds awesome ?

I listed it on auto trader and a couple of ‘dealerships’ Orange County hit me up. They might have been like brokers or something, sketchy little office we did the deal in lol, but ya.. everything was legit.

4 days after listing it on auto trader it was sold. Lots of low ball offers in the mid 80s. Got a check for the difference between the balance and sale price at the time of the in person transaction & loan was paid off in a week or so.
