I am not too thrilled yet with FSD. It just keeps taking turns too tightly. I have not been using it a ton (about 50 miles or so) because I almost always have interventions with it. Mostly left turns taken too tight. I have had one time where it almost caught the front corner of a car waiting at a light - I last second grabbed the wheel and steered away. 3 other times I would have hit a curb had I not intervened (pretty embarrassing to have to do this in front of other cars and people).. On one occasion it took a right turn too tight and I let it go because it was very close and wanted to see if it could handle it. The truck only rubbed the tire on the curb so no biggie. But it was totally unnecessary, I was alone and was a normal road (not a tight turn or intersection).

I will continue to use it and try it and report issues. I am glad others are having a lot more success with it. I plan to use it a lot on a long road trip to Florida this winter. Hopefully it is good for me on highways, to give me some (supervised) breaks along the way.

Started downloading last night
This morning it’s stuck at 50% with icon still spinning
Any suggestions
Are you looking at the app or the truck’s control screen…my app hangs up, too. I simply verify it either on Tessie or in the truck.

Anyone know how to adjust the FSD driving dynamic? I believe I saw it somewhere, just can't figure out where..

I am just going to use as cruise control on highways for now. Almost hit a car again at stop sign this morning. I had to floor it, in my neighborhood, makes me look like a jackass and cutting someone off. I’m over it.
I'm looking for a "New Cyberdriver" bumper sticker. Just got FSD update last night for the first time. It inched forward on a right hand turn at a stop light with traffic coming and cut a left turn too sharp almost clipping a car. I was surprised when it took a right on red. Also it was about 6-8 mph below the speed limit at night.

Not a fan of the new update. Seems to ride closer to the center line while driving making me nervous as well as those passing me. Braking also seems to be later then before which I have intervened a few times. Also seems to ride closer to traffic. Looks like the adaptive cruise control no longer adjusts to speed limit signs either when you turn off the FSD.
Not sure if I want to update to (.1) Decisions decisions.... I have 2 days of free of error codes lol I do not want to mess it up.

I reported these with my two front mud flaps already gone.

This is a dangerous maneuver and had hoped ro have been resolved with the latest update.

Apparently not and my reports fell into deaf ears.

Drive my truck for 1000 miles already and still on 2024.300.26.1 smh
After picking up my truck on Sept 28th to just yesterday i was not getting nay updates as they pushed out. Put a message through support and scheduled for a small plastic piece on my driver side sun visor hinge and wouldn’t you know it yesterday it finally got pushed the .20 FSD with Auto Park update and again last night after the Robo Taxi announcement was over, it pushed me .21 update.
Took the Cyberbeast in for its first State inspection today and attempted to show the garage guys the tonneau cover operation along with tailgate etc. and it wouldn’t work using the manual buttons on the back but wouse work with the on screen switches. Later I messaged service again and he said ‘let me check as it sounds like a software issue‘ but then before he had a chance to do so I checked and it was randomly working again. Go figure.

You should schedule a service appointment through the app to fix the software update issue. There's no reason for you not to get updates like everyone else.

Wow... PA needs an inspection of an EV? What are they testing for? Emissions from a battery or that it gives the right amount of electricity to the motors? Thats insane! It sounds like a governmental money run to make it fair to ICE owners.

How do you report issues with fsd?
When you disengage FSD, the microphone notification pops up. Press the microphone button on the steering wheel and tell it why you disengaged. When finished, press the button again and POOF! report is sent.

Here's something that I NEVER thought would be an issue.

With my windows closed and music on at about talking level, I noticed a car just in front of me over in the left lane that just stopped awkwardly aimed at the median. The Mustang behind it was hugging the white line. Suddenly, in my driverside mirror, I saw the flashing. An ambulance almost caught up to me (we were all going pretty darn slow... DC traffic). I pulled right and up on the curb to get out of the way. Here, people clear the center of the road where in other places I've been, everyone pulled over to the right.

Anyway, the rear display does NOT really do a good job of conveying the intensity of flashing lights and thus, they do not grab your attention well. The windows block sound really well. Like, really well.

Anyway, Just thought I'd point this out as an area where FSD could help... detecting flashing lights behind you would be nice.
