I may have to cancel my Cybertruck order at this point. Geico is gotten pretty extreme on pricing, no accidents been with them for years and years. I think I pay a lot on tis particular policy in NJ. The 3 cars on this particular policy are: 2024 F150 Raptor, 2023 EQS 580, 2020 MYP. I have high limits but my cost is 3049 / six months, yes 6100 bucks per year.

I was going to put my Raptor on my FL policy and add the Cybertruck and Geico wants 1100 bucks more per 6 months than the Raptor costs. BTW, When I had my Hummer SUT on this policy it was cheaper than the Raptor. So a Cybertruck is 4300 bucks / year in auto insurance. This may prevent me from moving forward. I'm going to shop insurance regardless of this.

However, what are you Cybertruck owners doing for insurance?

$1254 every 6 months here with full coverage $100 deductible, 50k Property dmg (plus enhanced uninsured) with USAA, also $329 for 2015 Ford F150 on it.

I was also a Geico customer for many years. Around 2020 we dropped them because they wanted to raise rates by 60%. Since then, I now shop every year. Was with Progressive and now with Esurance.

Interestingly, my rate went down by $48, when switching a 2019 Chevy Colorado ZR2 for the CT.

We were paying $1600 (every 6 months) for The CT, 23MY and 24Bolt. but had to add our 16yo daughter so the rates jumped up to $3300.

I was involved in that whole GEICO not covering NY Cybertrucks a month ago. So I went looking for new insurance.
I found State Farm would cover my 4 cars for $815 a month. It’s not cheap but it’s over $400 a month less then GEICO when I first picked up the truck and they were not giving me a hard time.
I’m still waiting for progressive to call me back. I hope they really are lower than State Farm.

Try a quote on the Amica website. I found them to be cheaper than my previous insurance and their customer service is excellent. I'm paying less than $200 / month to cover my beast and a 2021 Santa Fe.

The problem is Geico. They suck and they hate Tesla. Seriously, they jacked up the price for Model Y awhile ago. Go with someone else. Geico doesn't deserve your loyalty. And you save money by going with someone else not staying with the same company for years. It's backward thinking.

I'm going to speak with Allstate because and agent is required in NJ and NJMIC. Geico has been beating me up long enough. It's nuts.
