It'll take a bit for your first update to come through. As for the plastic trim, just open a service case for it, they can be pretty fragile off-road, but odds are it was just damaged coming off transport.Thanks. Just did that and nothing happened.

its still in testing phase where some are getting the update. Not widely avail atm.Click advanced for software update preference
when did you get the truck?Hmm. I don’t know because I have a AWD FS so not sure if yours is different for some reason but if you paid for it it’s available and shouldn’t be a wait. My software is 2024.33 . Are you connected to your wifi at home ? There should be a fresher update I believe

This would be my guess too. Check the other side for any sign of gashes or indentation. It'll take a bit for your first update to come through. As for the plastic trim, just open a service case for it, they can be pretty fragile off-road, but odds are it was just damaged coming off transport.
ha-ha I feel sorry for you if you had hopes of getting that fixed at the SC read my post about the missing Cerberus Logo. They'll tell you it's a part that is only available in the tesla store and that you will have to buy the part from them yourself as if it was a different company. you go buy the one you need making sure you don't forget which one it is that you need " diver side" It don't fuckn matter which one you need they make you buy all 4. Once you do that you ask them to kindly install them, they agree to put one on for you. you bring it in at 10am you call at 2pm see if their done they tell you it is going great, but they need more time they ask for one more day. you say ok. the next day is Saturday. you need your car for Monday, and you know their closed-on Sunday and now none of your mgs are getting reply its almost 5pm Saturday and you haven't heard a Wisper from tesla, the progress report on the app shows it's not done still. You decide to go to the Service Center and check it out. They tell you oh, your technician is out today that's why your mgs have not been answered but your car is almost ready. they make you wait till it's dark and visibility is low then bring it out ok you're all done. great you get home only to find out your mud flap is still broken, and they kept all 4 of the new ones. fucking jokes over there. this is a true story happened to me.Just open your app and make a ticket for it. The rear is a little bit more of a pain to remove then the front so better to make them deal with it.
More than likely not covered, if you hit something.Had my cybertruck for 4 days and this thing broke, see the picture. I dove a total of 200 miles. not sure if it is an issue comes with the delivery or I got something on the highway.
I put a duck tape to hold it in place which obviously doeswork.
Does anyone know if the warrantee would cover it? I really hate to go to the service so if anyone knows how to fix it, please instruct.

Mine also said that but I went to upgrades and purchased one month of FSD. THEN, I got a message in my app/email that said I was given one month of free FSD. I connected to my iPhone hotspot and it started to download halfway home from the delivery center.Thanks. Just did that and nothing happened.

@runningpuma probably something bashed it while driving. I would just drive it straight to your local Tesla shop and they’ll sort it.Had my cybertruck for 4 days and this thing broke, see the picture. Tough as nails? Nah. It is cool though. But like I dunno if i'd claim it to be tough in a reliable way or a way in which things are rattling, unaligned, or ofalling from ceiling etc.User error, this truck is tough as nails and the best on the market.
The duct tape will just give it character, congrats…
The whole truck is in testing phaseits still in testing phase where some are getting the update. Not widely avail atm.

Things just don't break by themselves. Did you off-road it? Go over a curb? Park in a bad neighborhood? Drive over something large?thanks.
It is the driver side rear. Yeah the screw plastic broke
