Three weeks ago I purchased the CarPlay system from @T Sportline, and not only have they not shipped it out yet they are not responding to any emails. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying anything from them as I'm going to end up having to chargeback this purchase since they are not communicating nor refunding my money.

If items are in stock, everything seems to go smoothly. However, their customer service in this case has been completely unacceptable. Had they emailed me or informed me that the item was on backorder or would take time to arrive, I would have understood. Instead, there was no communication for three weeks, and when I reached out, they ignored me. That level of service is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I won’t be doing business with them again, which is disappointing because they’re the only ones offering this type of CarPlay system that I really like. But now, I can’t trust that I’d even receive proper support if there’s an issue with the CarPlay system in the future.

A lot of it is that these vendors are not letting us buyers know if these are "preorders", "not in stock" vs "in stock and ready to ship". A lot of them are taking orders, waiting for stock from overseas or the vendors themselves are in China.

I agree with what you are saying, but at the same time these are small vendors, they don't have 24/7 customer support. We need to support these local (USA) vendors and give them a few chances as they really are innovating and without them, we wouldn't have many accessories for our toys.

I agree with the part about them innovating and we should be supporting them; however, there's no excuse for a lack of communication. They could add a notice on their website, put it on the receipt, or best yet send an email.

No one asked them to have 24/7 support, but I should be able to receive a response within one business day via email. and not receiving one in a week is ridiculous. I own an answering service and virtual receptionist service, and we have a lot of accounts like this, and we even have some that are based in other countries, including China and sell directly in the US. The cost for these services are not that much, unless they are getting tons of calls. As far as I'm concerned, if they can't do the basics of providing timely communication they deserve the chargeback I'm going to do on Monday, if I don't hear from them before then.

The product page for that item clearly says Shipping ETA End of November. I've bought many things from them and never had an issue. I even called them while doing my wrap and they answered my questions real time. It's the holiday season, they are a smaller company, and email sucks. Pick up the phone.

tsportline has been FANTASTIC to deal with over the years in my experience - sorry you've had a bad experience, but I've purchased many thousands of dollars' worth of things from them without a single issue.

Sounds like you have made up your mind, get a refund and move on.

Had a great experience with Tsportsline. I messed up a DYI window tint, they send me the extra part for free. The bad experience could be a 1 off

OP:

Tesla Cybertruck Use Caution If Purchasing From T Sportline TSCP Sni

Estimated late November...meaning it could go to early December.

What's your chargeback reason? They're still within their estimated shipping window.

I get being annoyed not hearing via email for three weeks, but they haven't done anything wrong yet.

Well that's great that you don't like email. If they don't like email they shouldn't offer that line of communication. Regardless, it's still no excuse to ignore someone, it's crappy customer service and it will cost them business.

I'm glad they have since updated that ETA, probably after my email, but it wasn't there, because I even checked to see if it was still in stock before I contacted them earlier this week.

Some times one person has a bad experience but In my experience I would give them 4 out of 5 stars. I’ve gotten Rims and tires for my M3 from them and a lowering kit last year. they answered every call or returned a call when leaving a message. They also installed it .
The 1 star short of 5 is there prices are high
