Part of my back seat fell off

Just got my cybertruck yesterday and when I pulled center console the other part of seat just fell off. Is it common thing for owners of that piece of beauty?

Did you pull the tap to pull it down or just force it? It has a tab this time sort of like raising the bottom seats.

I pulled the tap first and after console released the seat part fell off. Seems like it wasn’t attached properly or something

Probably was never fully snapped in. You may can force it yourself, otherwise simple service appt.

Yeah I tried but found that to do that I need to detach plastic cover that is behind of headrest part. And I don’t want to break it and already submitted appointment. Just kinda upset that it happened… seems like it common thing about quality in cybertruck. But we love it for many other features?

I had the same issue. Pull up the plastic piece. Then you can put that portion of the seatback into its proper place. Then push down the plastic piece that you pulled up. Then it will be fixed.
