99% except that it was next to an ambulance so pretty sure legality is not an issue....

That is 100% illegal and you can get a big ticket for impersonating a cop. Regardless of that, looks good, just be careful where and how you use it. You can have a flashing yellow/orange light with no issue but not red and/or blue.

Depends on the state. Nevada doesn't allow any flashing lights, you need a specific permit even for yellow.
