Bed Divider vs Bed Deck

Doesnt that defeat the purpose of the simplicity of the divider mechanism? On mine I just go to the spot I want it and place it with one hand. Done. ???

That’s the entire point: most peoples dividers don’t do that and requires fixing. Please read the thread..

MOST people's are requiring fixing? I have seen/heard a FEW, but not MOST... Then there's the ones that put in a 'cover' on the bed floor, they have issues because the divider doesn't have enough 'empty' space under it...

Add me in there as well . same issue . The utility of the cargo divider should be it can be placed anywhere and with ease . Not having to make DIY modifications to it or have SC telling it can only fit in one place .

FWIW I submitted a ticket to Tesla and they shipped me an updated divider. I purchased my old divider around June-July.

lol I agree . When the replacement divider comes I will know if have the funky bed . And I don't want a funky bed … just a funky divider …

Did the same but am waiting almost a month now for them to ship it……. Did you get the “updated” divider yet, and if so, does it fit better? My divider was too high - pegs sat > 1/4+ inch above the side panel holes.

Not yet. Just got the shipping notification so will probably be another week
