Do you have any solar or generator sources in your home setup? I was told that PowerShare for these setups won’t be ready until the end of the year (I.e., another week). I would not be surprised, given their lack of communication, if they push back again, but that is what my installer told me.(877) 798-3752
Nope, only the power share.Do you have any solar or generator sources in your home setup? I was told that PowerShare for these setups won’t be ready until the end of the year (I.e., another week). I'm having the same issue. Had my installer back out and we worked with Tesla support for a few hours. They decided it was an issue with my CT so now I have to wait till I can get into the service center. I really doubt it's the truck since I have no charging issues so I'm still troubleshooting it myself. Do you have a picute of your Powershare wiring?I thought so too but the backup doesn’t work. I get an error to reduce the load. I tried turning off almost everything and still doesn’t switch to battery.

Sounds very similar to my problems. My installer was out this past Monday and was on with Tesla for a few hours. Was told that engineering would be looking at it and I haven’t heard anything since.I'm having the same issue. Had my installer back out and we worked with Tesla support for a few hours. WOW, My gateway makes some loud noises but I haven't seen any sparks yet. I guess I should check next time I test.Sounds very similar to my problems. On the inside of my home gateway there is a solid red light on the orange box to the middle and right. I think that is the transfer switch. Latest issue now is when flipping the Main Disconnect switch in the gateway there are sparks that come out of the top right corner of the Gateway.
I’m guessing a new gateway is going to be the only option.
