Actually, if they just sell a single Aptera with full solar, doesn’t it get effectively infinite miles per charge if it never has to plug in? What’s the average mpg if one of your vehicles has infinite mpg?

If I were with GM or Ford, I would explore acquiring Aptera if the design is near completion and made sense on paper.

I think the Aptera is a tight looking 3 wheeler. In its best iteration, though, it's like 50 g's. That's a lot of dough for a vehicle that really freaks me out to whether it'll get blown off the road driving next to a semi. It may be too light? JS

I have reservation for one with full solar and 400mi battery....$100 down and the cost currently is $32,500.....it will charger while driving and during the day...charges with 120v outlet......if you drive faster then the semi's, you'll blow past them......

I do like your thinking! Seriously, I love the idea of a vehicle you may never need to charge. Aptera is a great concept, can't wait to see it.

It would be a nice partner to the top end Cybertruck though. A little Zing for the Cybertruck’s Zang.

The city car for daily drive, Cybertruck for road tripping.

I just don't wat to buy another ICE vehicle. We have a Mini Cooper that is 9 years old now and I want to start suggesting EVs that she might like. This one seems like the most likely. Ascetics are important. I think that was what was a real draw for me on the CT.
