Am I the only one who’s discovered how incredibly useful FSD is in Long drive-through lines? In-N-Out you’ve met your match!

Title says it all even coping with hairpin turns and stopping at the window none of this is a problem especially with the turning radius of the CT.

Ups and downs on the magnetic cover. Thanks for asking about it. I’ll put together something soon but it’s quite the journey and sadly not really a happy ending as the manufacturer has had to throw in the towel.

I gotta tell you the one place where there is nothing but positivity (in my experience) is in the drive-through. Nothing but thumbs ups, “nice truck” , “so that’s what the inside looks like” [literally yesterday at Taco Bell] & jokes from folks asking to trade cars! Starbucks I probably the most judgy but even there never heard a negative word spoken. It’s funny I had thought about this phenomenon sometime ago but never commented on it until you just brought it up.

I’m in Vegas. Clark County is super blue and State is a whole is purple I expected to be very very blue in November.

Have you experienced true negativity just by going through a drive-through in your truck? If so, where?

I’m in Pennsylvania and people are overall not mad but I still get middle fingers and thumbs down would get more negative people in my small downtown area I just avoid the area. I don’t want to chance getting my food messed with so I park and walk in or order ahead for pick up with apps. It’s made me healthier I guess because I do less fast food now out of paranoia. I wont even park it in the street if I’m downtown always a garage. Sucks. Sometimes that stress makes me want to get rid of the truck but I love it… the PCS failure potentially happening out of warranty also makes me want to leave Tesla for good. But FSD is so amazing.

One complaint to the restaurant chain about staff intentionally messing up food for a Tesla owner and the franchise owner gets notified with a warning. The staff the faces re-education or firing. It is also fair game for staff to be charged if the food is altered by the staff in any way - and the charges can be surprisingly severe. I know an owner that not only fired an employee but who also had them charged criminally - and sued them on top of that. Wrecked the employee’s life. And made it well known. I don’t think that it is very common

Yep. I just engaged it as soon as I entered the queue. Very helpful when you’ve got like a 20 minute lineup at In-N-Out.
