Foundation Series Used 2024 CT — 2,565 miles — $58,900 — Anyone familiar with this dealer?

Came across this listing on Autotrader from Asdrubal Auto Sales in Miami.

That price seems well below current market, especially compared to similar AWD/Foundation trucks I’m seeing mostly in the $74k–$80k range.
I’ve sent the dealer a couple emails requesting more details (Carfax, window sticker, etc.), but no response so far.

Also couldn’t find any meaningful reviews on this dealer, which makes me cautious.

Questions for the group:
Has anyone dealt with Asdrubal Auto Sales before?
Does this look like a typical bait-and-switch setup, or possibly a buyback/lemon scenario?
Anyone seen Foundation Series trucks legitimately trading this far below market?

Hi, a lot of the time it’s a total scam! I have been a victim of similar adds. If it’s too good to be true stay clear of it.

Also. I bought mine about 1.5 months ago ago and it had 25k miles and was 76k. If you can find 2.5k miles and is actually 58k, you should definitely buy it, that being said, I am saying that it is a scam.

Exactly my thought. I am not planning to buy—just browsing. That is why I only emailed. I did not want to give them my phone number and end up with nonstop calls. You know how it goes—“Oh, that one sold, but we have others…”

Try doing a reverse search on their Images - even with a CT, you might find the actual/real listing.
Several years back I was looking at 911s and ran into the same issue. Even reported to the real dealers in a few cases. One called back a few weeks later say thanks.

Price does seem unusually low and there are no pictures of the interior or the screen with all the details illuminated, which is common for Tesla resale postings. Buyer Beware which you are doing the right thing.

I am in Miami and can give you some advice if it’s for sale on the Internet in Miami hold onto your wallet. You can pay an inspector to view the car and do the reports for you for a couple hundred dollars and he’ll make sure they own the car and the condition of the car just like a home inspection I’ve bought cars in other cities without seeing them and using an inspector in that city, if you find something that is interesting to you, it’s worth the investment to not get screwed and maybe get a car you want

Great advice and good heads up on Miami. For those in other markets, Lemon Squad might be worth looking at — lemonsquad.com — they seem to come up fairly often on cars and bids. Has anyone here actually used them? Would love to hear from someone with firsthand experience on using them.
