And as of today, Jan 26, still smooth and no vibrations? They replaced my front motor for a flutter sound but I have the vibration on regen slowdown so thinking the rear like yours.
Ah, so needs a reader replacement. Seems like a recall scenario. Wonder if a large percentage of all the trucks out there. Do you have the Tesla service invoice notes that they replaced per that reader reason? Guess I’ll keep my Feb 25 appt.
Would you be able to check and see if your physical key cards work to unlock or lock the truck on the outside pillar? Key cards seem to not work on so many trucks lately.
I didn't push too hard, but I was definitely assertive because I did some digging, found others with same issue. I even demo drove another cybertruck they had to prove theirs was not making that sound. Had tech drive it with me, he heard it, so once he heard it, I used that to confirm other...
Yep, wishing you luck. Mine was similar, took a month to get an appointment after having truck just 1 month, then once there, they had for 22 days, only 2 of which they worked on, other time it sat on lot. Was pretty poor service this time, whereas I've had much better in the past. I had a...
There are definitely normal ones surrounding it, the chirping, gear noise for sure, but the clicking/fluttering, they actually said it was an "internal motor issue" they diagnosed.
They swapped my front unit and it’s 98% quieter. If I let my ocd take over and focus, I can still barely hear it. But otherwise, it’s fine now. I’ve convinced myself it’s gear noises now, etc. Being under a really good, long, warranty, if ever it creeps up again I’ll take it in.
Now, hardly any...
And must not be making to Tesla directly as I just called their support line, they hadn't heard, just had me do the standard delete key and re-pair them, power down truck, try again. Nothing worked, so just said get an appointment...oh well. Maybe next software update will fix.

Outlets unavailable
Unplug any devices and reset outlets to restore
I got this a few days ago and it popped up after unplugging from supercharging. Nothing was plugged into any outlets and then it went away after about a minute. All outlets seem to work fine and I can’t reproduce...
Wouldn’t take weeks if they could just start working on it. Mine is almost ready, replacing the unit, tech said a 4 hour job, but mine was sitting in their parking lot for almost two weeks. It’s a process for sure. They seem so backlogged.
I’m in the Austin TX area and my truck has been just sitting in their lot since Dec 9, haven’t even begun working on it yet. They said backlogged but have moved my completion date to Dec 31 now. It’s really insane like you said. Just don’t understand the lack of service.
Tesla has had my truck since Dec 9 and haven’t even worked on it yet. Said major backlog and now moving estimated completion date to Dec 31. Is that acceptable service? Obviously have no option but to wait but this is terrible. Any others have similar experience?
How long were you without the truck? I turned in December 9 and they've just had it sitting in parking lot since then, saying they're experiencing delays in their shop. "Supposedly" scheduled for Dec 19 completion, but now doubt it. Nothing I can do obviously, just wait, just not a great...
