Has anyone figured out the power output of the onboard generator. I watched the whole thing and never saw the power output. Just the total energy available (225kWh) from the onboard gas storage and the power output of the inverter (12kW) which is only good until the battery depletes. This is...
You got it. There are instructions in the Description:
Description
The mechanical emergency door release on the cybertruck is hidden under a rubber insert in the door pocket. This makes it very unlikely to be found should an accident render the electronics unresponsive which could be...
I am not familiar with Bambu, but on PrusaSlicer, you place the base, then right-click it, select Add-->Load then select the text stl file. It is automatically attached to the base in correct position. After that, you can save the plate as a .3mf file which includes everything. I would think...
Decided to try out PCTG on one side of my truck. It is supposed to offer superior impact strength, higher heat resistance, and better chemical resistance (although I do not anticipate any issue with PETG either - it has been my go-to material for a long time). While I was at it I thought I...
Could be useful to mount a lot of things...
Dang it - they are out of stock!

It doesn't bother me anymore since recent Teslas (including the Cybertruck) do lower the window even when the emergency release is used so there is no concern about damaging the window trim. The reason to label it is so your passenger knows what to use in an emergency. I point out the...
I have many PETG parts printed and they hold up fine inside the cabin (I keep overheat protection on). External PETG does deform a bit in the AZ summer heat.
I considered GoSun - even put $100 down for one a year or so ago - but the price for the wattage was too high and I didn't like how it was semi-permanently attached. As expensive as my setup was, it was still cheaper and more capable than the GoSun.
Thanks for asking but feel free. I have no intention of selling so I am happy you are willing to provide that service. My only gripe is when people replace my logo with theirs (it has happened) but even then it is more just a head shake and eye roll rather than full on trigger.
I did make something to attempt to discourage that:

Not super happy with the design - it tends to drift out of position. Will probably rev it eventually.
Look closer. ;-). The right-hand version has the text mirrored (so it will un-mirror when you flip it in the slicer). I could not figure out how to export the text STL flipped and have it still align with the base so you have to flip it once the base and text are loaded into the slicer.
Since the rear emergency door release mechanism is hidden underneath a rubber insert I decided to replace the insert with something that will make it very clear to my passengers should the worst occur. Model is published here:

I had to add a Neutral Ground Bonding Plug to my generator to get the portable Tesla charger to work. The other brands may work if they don't check for proper ground.
The Cybertruck *onboard* electronics limits Level 2 charging to 48A so nothing will be able to charge faster than the Tesla unit. 11.5kW is the highest you can go with L2.
I would never buy a car w/o steering wheel or pedals until they fix these issues. FSD works great on my daily 25mi commute and I almost never intervene. However, I just got back from a 400 mile round trip to southern Arizona and was only able to use it about 50% of the time due to the speed...
