Shop had an interesting note on my service, which indicated that;
1. I have the latest revision parts for the wiper system.
2. The wiper with the new firmware is "somewhat improved"
3. The wiper performance is still not optimal.
4. Engineering is aware of the issues and continues to work on a...
Mine was scheduled to go into service today and they pushed the new FW to me yesterday, I tried it out on the drive in and it does seem like it noticeably improves it. We'll see if service has anything else to say about it as it was on the long list of minor items that need to be addressed.
For those who have put a Rotopax water container on their interior molle panels what size were you able to fit?
I will be using the CT for fishing, hunting and recreational shooting and like to have an extra water supply ready to go on these trips.
The storage budget on these panels is...
Got this for my Glock and it is outstanding. I especially like that I can have a weapon ready to go for those times when I am not carrying on my person, and not have it rattling around in the glovebox or wrapped in something like a cloth or zipped in a bag to keep it from rattling!
Does anyone have first hand experience of ceramic effectiveness against corrosion from road salt (magnesium chloride)? I’m going to have to polish the entire truck due to a lot of severe tarnishing from mag chloride and will at that ceramic coat it if the ceramic coat will protect the truck...
As others have reported the update appears to fix the problem, my key cards work again. Don't know about anyone else but I was also given an extra month of FSD a couple of weeks ago after the key card debacle so my free trial now runs through April 21st.
Ideally you would offer a tray that could accommodate a Glock 19 with/without a red dot and weapon light, that way if the configuration of the weapon is changed a new try does not need to be purchased.
I've been hesitating on placing an order because the G19 I would use does not have an optic...
There are other threads about this if you search around, it seems to happen for me when the outside temperatures are very cold, I first noticed it at highway speeds when the temps were in the teens.
Other service centers have apparently fixed it by applying some adhesive felt in certain areas...
Yes, get a replaceable cover you will have to swap out every 90 days because Tesla could not give this proper attention.
If you think it's bad in light rain you should see what it's like in driving for even 90 seconds on winter roads that have been sprayed down with salt. The camera becomes...
Right, I drove the truck in snow on salted roads when the temps were below freezing and I hosed the vehicle off at the first opportunity I had, which was over a week later.
The result is the entire surface of the truck was badly tarnished to the point I had to scrub the entire truck down with...
I have a couple of these "smoke" stains on my truck and have tried soft BKF as well as Adam's iron remover and neither of them have done anything to it.
Are there any other recommendations for removing?
I'm contemplating ceramic coating the truck due to how aggressively the stainless is...
I literally bought the truck, then three weeks after I bought it the truck went to the shop for a week. Then a week after it got out of the shop it started snowing off and on with temps ranging between below zero and teens. Even my garage was barely above freezing.
There was frozen crusted road...
