Thanks AJ. Always informative. I love the fact that the Cybertruck can be linked to the Greek word to steer. As in the Cybertruck will steer the truck market to electric, the FSD will steer the truck on the road and the Cybertruck will steer vehicle engineering. The name Cybertruck fits this...
That is the beauty of a subscription service. You choose to subscribe or not. My current vehicle costs $18 a month for a lot less features and I choose not to subscribe. I do subscribe for some music and streaming services and not others based on the value to me.
With a stainless steel bottom I am not sure you need anti corrosion under treatment. The suspension and axel components may be the only things that could corrode.
I think the tailgate is design was not fully backed for the reveal. You can see it rests on the bumper when lowered. I hope the tailgate on the CT is a solid piece on a shaft that is run by gears and motor system. This way you can set the height and have it open from the app before you get to...
Ford changed everything with the Model A and the assembly line. The Model T came as a result. I see Tesla changing everything with the Roadster and the CT came as a result. The Model T and the CT are equally revolutionary.
There is a wide space on the door between the window and the edge of the door that may also house the screen for the mirrors. I to hope the CT can get away from the side view mirrors. I have had the mirror knocked off my old truck by vehicles on the road. Is there any news out of the NHTSA on...
The dash is my least favourite thing of the CT. I like the idea of recycled paper in the vehicle the look just does not work with vehicle. Maybe it is a wrap that can be customized.
I can see how the CT will change automotive history as much as the model t did for Ford. The CT is cheap and easier to mass produce, takes less space to manufacture and will be seen as a marvel product after release.
I was floored to hear about a Volt off roading too. I have my 1995 Jeep YJ and a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. I have ripped the plastic rocker panels a couple of times on my 2019 and my previous 2014 Cherokee Trailhawk out in the forest.
We have a lot of “Turkey Trails” or “Goat Paths” here...
We do not have any list of safety features yet. We have Tesla’s reputation for safety and Elon is going to drive his family in this vehicle so he will put in safety features. Also the crash avoidance system will be even better when we finally sit behind the wheel.
