Did you do a Reset DAS first? I had the same issue with 50 miles of driving with zero progress on camera calibration but then once advised by others to do a Reset DAS the visualizations instantly came back and cameras recalibrated in under 5 miles.
I think you are having a similar problem to what I had a few days ago. See this thread https://www.cybertruckownersclub.com/forum/threads/nerfed-ai4-hardware.57436/.
If so doing a Reset DAS in the Service Menu did the trick for me. Hope it's that simple for you.
Appreciate the feedback all. I completely forgot the āReset DASā option. Iāll try that first then see if service can re-send the software as the next option. The truck has slept overnight and a few other times so probably just needs a nudge here given there arenāt any critical alerts showing...
Sure thing. See below. As I write this I did neglect to go into the menu to see whether the FSD computer was showing as āgreenā. Iāll check that out tonight after work.
Was excited yesterday morning to get FSD 14.3.2 and installed right before heading off to work. On the way to work it performed to mixed reviews from my seat. Biggest complaint was it didn't really want to get up to my accustomed to speed on rural highways on Standard (e.g., 62 in a 55)...
Correct. Confirmed with my SC this morning that Revision G is the most current version and the delay I experienced is due to a "tsunami" of repair requests being made resulting in a parts shortage.
I dropped off my truck last Wednesday (4/1) and they indicated a ābackorderā for the PCS with an unknown timeline. Fast forward to this morning and I received a text that the part arrives this afternoon and my truck should be ready for pickup tomorrow. Hopefully any backlog gets resolved soon...
Mine is scheduled to go in tomorrow but got a message today that the PCS part is backordered now though I do believe some SCs have some on hand but all are spoken for. No current ETA for parts availability but they were hopeful I'd have my truck by next Wednesday but they admitted they didn't...
I suspect so as mine did the same thing and when in Service Mode it should show at least one PCS2 error message. Your exact approach was the way I detected my situation earlier this week. It's supposed to go in April 1. Mine still charges (for now) at 24 amps.
A software improvement would...
Add me to the list. Noticed for the first time this evening that my charging was reduced to 24 Amps and service menu had PCS2 alerts. Put service request in but it was after hours. Iāll escalate tomorrow to see if I can get it in the next day or two.
Mine had the exact same symptoms last year. Service installed new horizontal tonneau rails. Service indicated they had upgraded the parts since my truck was produced as they found some binding issues with tonneau cover closing in early builds. Ever since the fix has been flawless.
I'll also put my vote in for the Outpost nATs. Have had mine since November and they did extremely well in the snow and ice this past winter (much better than the OEM Goodyear ATs). Noise wise about a wash compared to the Goodyear ATs.
There is some give up for efficiency. Haven't had enough...
Agree 1000%. There just isn't much to combat build up of snow/ice while driving with CT design and the wiper in a vertical position. The wiper actually may fare better and have less ice build up in a horizontal position while driving especially when high mode of defrost is on. The wiper...
If the tonneau is still crooked, get the appointment set up. Mine developed that over time and got to the point it would need recalibrating every week since it wouldn't fully close without holding the button. Service Center replaced the rail assembly (essentially the track the rollers roll on)...
I'll put my vote in for the Nokians as well. Installed them 3 weeks ago and since then we've been blasted with winter here in Iowa. Very pleased with their ability to handle snow & ice.
Are you getting the Nokian Outpost nATs? I put those on 2 weeks ago and we ended up getting a foot of snow last weekend and it made the world of difference compared to the OEM ATs. I'm very happy with them as they are very sure-footed and it helped with my confidence in letting FSD 14.2.1 run...
