That is good to hear, but the net loss from traditional Tesla market of relatively cashed up progressives like me is far greater. It is such a shame as this vehicle will be one that future motorist historians will say was way ahead of it's time.
Be careful what you sign away when you accept the free year of FSD. This is just very very poor corporate behavior. They deserve a class action on this.
Incentives that do not include real $ reductions have little value when there is so much uncertainty in the economy. Free FSD, free wraps, lower % rates (getting closer) are not much help to those who want to actually spend less on the vehicle. Surprised we haven't seen any base price reductions...
I'm neutral as to whether it is good or bad. What I am not neutral on however is the flagrant misuse of non-metered/time use lanes by people who think they are more important than others - and the lack of policing/consequences for ignoring transit rules - at least in the national DMV area.
Is it true? I don't know but I hope so. Founders rarely are the best people to move companies into maturity. Denholm is the most feckless of board chairs so what response she shares I would wouldn't trust at all.
I think it is time for Elon to move out and give Tesla a full time CEO. He is a...
I think he got off lightly. But this is what happens when you politicize an object/concept/science - Even the side that thinks it benefits most incurs unintended consequences.
Prices definitely will not go up and when you think about end of quarter incentives combined with what (no doubt) will be disappointing end of previous quarter figure to be released today - holding is the right strategy for a better deal.
Tesla have no one but themselves, leadership and the board to blame. Whether it is reasonable or not, CT was over priced, over schedule and under ranged from what hundreds of thousands of people thought they were preordering and then shortly after release, it suffered Elon's bad PR hanging...
This was totally setup to point more people to the AWD. They did something similar with both the 3 and Y. They were only offered for a short term to point people toward the better value model up.
This feels a lot like a $20k reduction in functionality for a $10k price reduction.
