but but but, I am not pulling an rv. I need help starting a service ticket. I can’t seem to open one. There’s one open already. Can this be the reason?
I know. That could be the reason. I have only done on service request for pedal recall. See if you can amend or edit the service request. Otherwise just call mentioning your pending service ticket.

They should just add a note to the service request and they will respond.

I am concerned today. I just looked at my app, and it says it's 100% charged (I am going on a more extended trip) and only 150 mi. Is this a bug?

Just out of curiosity, download the tessie app and see what it shows on the battery health section

you can probably add a 3rd item to your open service request. 3 items may be the limit, but only one ticket can be open at a time.

Did you accidentally turn on the towing trailer mode?

Interesting that the battery effectively splits for 400V charging and we are seeing 50% battery capacity. Could the battery management system be seeing half a battery?

The OP is dragging this out and being cagey.

Are you driving to Amazon, driving 4.5 miles to WF, driving to the airport soon, rebooting the truck, checking tire pressure, or is the truck parked at the airport and won’t get to drive it until Thursday and you are monitoring the battery drain remotely. It has been 24hrs and you have said all of those things. Which is it?

If you don't precondition the cabin while connected to home charging, the first few miles can have a lot of energy use due to climate control.
If you set destination to a Supercharger, you can get higher consumption due to pack preconditioning.
