it's not technically "random" per-se, but everyone is categorized into specific groups within the total fleet. Kind of like how Google does A/B releases with major apps (like YouTube).

If you are the only Tesla within 100 miles of your house, you are probably flagged as getting it early. They do this to minimize the impact if a snafu update makes it way through the QA process and breaks or degrades something to the point where it needs to be serviced. In order to prevent overload at the service centers.

Yeah I definitely see that haha. The day I got it I spent like a couple hours just playing around with the computer and checking the settings for everything on the truck. It’s truly an engineering marvel in every way.

I think I saw a different parking view that I never saw before. When backing out of a diagonal parking spot, I thought the display showing an overhead view. Anyone else notice this?

Is anyone else noticing that YT Music refuses to play any songs in your library that originated from songs you uploaded? I have a playlist with a mix of songs I uploaded and songs I added from YTM and only the ones that originated from YTM will play. It shows "Playback errror" when it gets to an uploaded song in the playlist and stops playing until I skip to the next track.

I went ahead and downloaded it. I'm not worried about this update branch preventing me from getting FSD right away and who knows how long that will be. I'm wondering whether I'll get the wheel covers or FSD first....
