Check the "Vehicle Certification Label" on the driver's door jamb. Should specify the vehicle-specific GVWR and the factory tires.
Here's an example of a real-world Cybertruck Vehicle Certification Label, which was previously posted in an old thread here.

Got a chance to check out and drive a friend's Cybertruck that was recently delivered (a week ago)...I took a photo of the door label for grins, since I hadn't seen anyone post a photo of one...

The D in VIN digit 8 shows that this is a dual-motor AWD. It came from the factory with All-Terrain ("LT") tires, and therefore has a GVWR of 9,169 lbs, and therefore gets H in VIN digit 6. Which all makes sense.

Just got allocated a 2026 that arrives next week. I’m in a dilemma because I just picked up a used 2025 Beast with 1k miles and the luxe package for almost the same price. Trying to figure out what to do with this order as I am locked into the $7500 tax rebate, $1k military and $1k loyalty discount.

Should I buy and then resell brand new?
I would much rather have the beast, especially with the luxe package. I don't think the model year is a big deal.

I too would like to know the reason for the buy back. I'm taking my truck in next week because it creaks and groans from everywhere. I'm embarrassed to take anyone for a ride in it now. It was an early AWD (May 2024). I would love a replacement....

I got the 26 CT AWD. I love it, I don't know how anyone could prefer the White interior. I know you said you were thinking about picking one up. I would literally pay more to have the grey, It goes way better with the aesthetic of the rest of the interior!

Yet they charge $2K for white. Wonder how many they sold after tactical grey came out? Grey should really be the paid option.

I've been in a grey CT, felt like I was in a dungeon, especially with the tonneau down. Prefer the white much more.

My first CB has the FS white interior and it looks the premium part. Then, for my second CB, I decided to try the tactical grey; it looks ok, I just feels like it has way too many different shades of darkness. So, I went back for the white inrterior on my third CB. I still think the white interior is a knock out!

Absolutely, I added white/black seat covers and Screen Cover is white.. It's just a nice contrast.. If I wasn't too lazy I'd walk to the garage and post a pic..

H (6th), D (8th), with AS tires (no “LT”). 🤷‍♂️

OK, I'm stuck.

Tesla's 2024 and 2025 VIN decoders are on file with NHTSA. On the last page, they both state the following about Digit 6 on Tesla truck VINs:

Tesla Cybertruck 2026 Cybertruck Models in Production & Arriving Now ct gvwr

Your sticker shows a dual-motor (D in VIN Digit 8) with AS tires (no "LT") and a GVWR of 8,834 lbs. That GVWR matches the specs in the Owner's Manual for an AWD with AS tires.

According to the VIN decoders, a GVWR in the 8,001-9,000 lbs. range should get Class G in Digit 6.
Obviously a GVWR of 8,834 lbs falls within that "G" range.

So I can't explain why a Cybertruck with a GVWR of 8,834 lbs gets Class H in Digit 6. H is supposed to be for GVWRs in the 9,001 to 10,000 lb range. Tesla doesn't seem to be following their own VIN decoders here.

I searched for partial VINs online; VINs are commonly listed when used vehicles are advertised for sale. No problem finding 7G2CEHED VINs (AWD) or 7G2CEHEE VINs (CB), with H in Digit 6.

But I'm not seeing any 7G2CEGED or 7G2CEGEE VINs, with G in Digit 6, even though some AWDs and CBs (with AS tires) do have GVWRs in the "G" range of 8,001 to 9,000 lbs. So in practice, maybe all AWDs and CBs get "H" in Digit 6, regardless of the actual GVWR ?

Apparently the (rare) RWDs out there do get G in Digit 6. Here's an example of a 7G2CEGEC VIN; the C in Digit 8 means single-motor. According to the Owner's Manual, the RWD has a GVWR of 8,199 lbs.
