"Lane Departure Avoidance features unavailable," "Dashcam unable to write - USB drive is full," "Park assist unavailable." I feel like I'm a voodoo doll. EVERY time I need to make my 130mi commute I get these and cruise control doesn't even work. When I just go across town FSD works. Next available service isn't for 3 weeks. The other one I got frequently before FSD stopped was "Activity detected, sentry mode disabled." I'm also seeing 4-8% phantom drain overnight. I thought the USB drive is set as a looping first in, first out queue. Why would it run out of space? I went to the SC and asked if USB might be related to no FSD. The guy said it's necessary to write to USB for FSD but wouldn't allow me to swap a USB drive to test it. I need to wait 3 weeks for the appointment and pay a $278 diagnosis fee. Any ideas on what might be throwing these errors and disabling cruise control, et al?

That's high, but not unreasonable if you're using Sentry. I have Sentry disabled at my home location, where I have security cameras.

The Dashcam is on a loop, but the Sentry recordings are kept forever.

Tesla Sentry Mode recordings can be erased in-vehicle via Controls > Safety > Delete Dashcam Clips or by formatting the USB drive, which clears all stored data. You can also delete the Sentry recordings individually.

lol no

If you're frequently having issues with Vision-AI features, check the camera previews to ensure none are dirty/obstructed. The next step would be to clear the camera calibration data, but then you'll need to take a long drive to re-calibrate.

You may also need to clean the windshield interior in front of the cameras, which gets gummed-up by the "new-car smell" outgassing during the first few months.

Good recommendations, thank you. Did not embark upon extensive clean windshield interior. I found a post about resetting DAS, did that, and FSD is back. Still have APP_w351_csiDevice0Down — Tesla alert code description, cause & impact , however. No response from TSC about whether or not they need to look at that.

Is it the original OEM Tesla USB drive? From delivery?
