Not only do i not see any compromise in the interior, I think its superior. Better colors, softer surfaces. The seats in the 26 beast i drove were on the stiff side.

I installed the Tesla delivery app and my last day of the fire sale order made with my OG, day 1 reservation is showing a community estimate of mid to late July. Not really sure what to make of that.

In general, I think some are significantly overestimating the number of SAWD trucks that were ordered and that are being delivered. The general public largely wrote the truck off due to the cost, significant problems and buybacks on early models, influencers cashing in on viral misinformation, and Elon. Which is why I don't think huge numbers of people piled in to order this thing the second the price dropped. I feel like they probably got 10-20K orders from die-hard fans and are building a few hundred a week, at neutral or even negative margins in order to juice it's market visibility and demonstrate that many issues have finally been sorted.

I do think the price will drop again, but perhaps only to $64,999.

well 60k is still not cheap. It's cheaper than 80-100k. But there's still cheaper trucks. Also people prefer gas trucks.

The people looking for a cheap EV truck are Slate prospective buyers.

CT still and always will be a niche market. If they held the $40k reveal price things may be different, but $60k is still a lot to drop. You have to buy into the style and concept, which a lot of people are unwilling to for a multitude of reasons.

Thanks Alpine for the tip. In my case, no more info at this point than Tesla AI is providing. The "Community Prediction" is interesting but I won't be asking them to pick my lottery numbers.

You guys should be seeing 2 dates in your delivery status app. The top is fed from the Json data and bottom the community prediction. Also clicking the profile icon will get you to the Json screen.

My Json window is Sep 5 - Oct 31. Community prediction is July 14-27.

You guys should be seeing 2 dates in your delivery status app. The top is fed from the Json data and bottom the community prediction. Also clicking the profile icon will get you to the Raw Json data.

My last screen shot was from IOS (iPad), which had no field for "Appointment". Installed the app on my Android phone and I now have the field, but still no data.

Yeah I don’t have window either. And Tesla ai app says 2027 so I would assume whoever has actually 2026 dates get the window line
