I was given delivery date of Jan 2024-March 2024. Yes, I am still within the delivery window since it is just now the beginning of March. It will have to be a quick delivery once VIN is assigned since the weeks are going to be ticking by. The lack of communication just leaves so much to speculation.

Don't buy into the "but it's not the end of march yet" BS. Tesla knew they were lying about the lead times. My jan 10th order showed Jan-Mar, and zero people in the entire country got a Jan 10th or later order delivered in Jan or even Feb. Tesla knew at the time that this would never happen. But instead of saying "Estimated delivery: 9-12 weeks", they lured us all in with "Estimated delivery: 0-12 weeks". No company on earth would ever give lead times like that.

I also feel your pain. I am right behind you at 74 days (ordered 12/22) and no VIN. Some who ordered a week before me in Utah are already driving their truck. The local service center has 10 trucks on the lot. Some of those have been there for weeks. I am aware of two from Utah with a VIN and one of them says his VIN doesn’t match any of the 10 on the lot. The SC is apparently overwhelmed with Model Y deliveries. One might think that with $20k extra profit per truck for Foundation series they could afford to hire extra help to prepare these trucks and Model Y’s for delivery. But I’m not complaining (even though it sounds like it) as I don’t want to be put at the back of the line.

Yeah bro. Not sure why they’re giving us no love. And yeah the one guy got super lucky. That said, he owns close to 1K Tesla shares. So maybe he’s considered VIP?
1000 shares is nothing thats a tiny fraction of the total publicly held shares. there are 3,176,000,000 shares outstanding. so this guy with 1000 shares owns 0.00003148614609571788% of tesla, lol

Not true, @PAPAB has a 1/11/24 order and took delivery on 1/23
