Basically I installed 2025.20.6 Monday afternoon, but didn't need to drive the truck at all so left the truck overnight without looking at it other than to set it to charge to 100% because I had to go on a long trip in the morning. But when I looked in the morning, I noticed that it had stopped in the low 90% range and said that charging had stopped. I had an error message on the touchscreen above the audio/trip/tires card saying that "AC charging and AC Outlet functionality was disabled" and that I should bring it in for service. A look in Service Mode showed three notifications - PCS2_a137, PCS2_a095, and PCS2_a094. I narrowed it down to the PCS module, which had a warning PCS2_a011_hvdcOverCurrent on it, and the self-test for DPDT failed with a raw result of 0x69d even though each individual test passed.
A short time later I went back out to the truck to take more pictures but the error message above the media card was gone. The SC said that if the customer-facing message was gone then it was probably fine even though there was still an active alert (PCS2_a011_hvdcOverCurrent). It drove fine all day, but I noticed when I got it home (with 3% remaining!) that it will now only charge at 24amps. If I hit the "stop charging" button, it shows "this location capable of 48amps" but as soon as I click "start charging" I hear the relay flip and then the "this location capable of" switches down to 24amps.
I wonder if this is that issue with a loose ethernet cable that I read about somewhere... Anyone else experience this and know how to fix it or does it really require a service center visit?
