My wife uses a wheelchair and one of the reasons I got the Cyber truck was to be able to bring her very heavy but more comfortable wheelchair on Road trips. https://photos.app.goo.gl/9k6GyfQFEWKJff7A8
This wheelchair weighs 300 lb so it was obviously not an option in the model y we had previously. However the transfer into the front passenger seat was quite tight because of the door not opening wide. Long story short, the rear hinges work just great in the front position with the rear door strap. The fitment is identical and there is no interference. Honestly I think the truck should come this way since there appears to be no downside of wider opening doors.
Tesla sold me the parts but would not do the install, so I went to a Tesla approved body shop who would do it for me. Initially I think Testa was concerned there would be interference but there is none with plenty of clearance similar to the existing rear doors.
