This message popped up on my third day of ownership. Ride height controls are now disabled on my screen. Have seen this error message reported on Model S & X forums. I tried rebooting but did not help. Was wondering if anyone else has run into this. Looks like a trip back to the service center.

Ride height adjustment mysteriously came back today. MyQ error prevented the garage door from opening or closing. Went out for a drive and then MyQ started working again by the time I got home.

Ride height adjustment mysteriously came back today. MyQ error prevented the garage door from opening or closing. Went out for a drive and then MyQ started working again by the time I got home.
i had the same issue (air suspension adjustment not available) for two days in a row then it just went away. I took my Cybertruck to the Tesla service center and it’s been there now for two weeks but they are not able to reproduce the issue. Frustrating…

This just happened to me too…service on Thursday. Any update they fixed it for you guys? Or did it go away automatically?

This error comes and goes. Air suspension has come back and works for a few days, and then I lose it for a day. Have not taken it to service yet because I don’t deem it critical and don’t want to give up my truck for and extended period of time.

Tesla service have consulted with their field engineering support and decided that they will replace the valve block. They ordered the part and I am taking it this Friday to get it replaced. FWIW: the problem hasn’t happen again for three weeks, but I think I will still take it in in case it will come back.

Took delivery of my truck yesterday morning in Knoxville and headed home 3.5 hours. Didnt make it across state line before I got this error. Truck seemed to drive fine but occaisionally hear audible air leak from drivers side rear. Sounds like this is not uncommon.....going to keep driving till I can get service. Did anyone crawl under truck and look at airbags for a visible hose connection? just wondering if i should climb under there and look for the block.

Mine is still working 98% of the time. Waiting until I need service for something else and then I'll have them check it out. Seems like a glitch that is not specific to the Cybertruck.

MyQ app is a strange thing… in my Model X it is ready to close when I am still in garage, then the close button disappears when moving out of garage… then reappears once I am sitting outside waiting for it to close. I hit it and it starts closing about 50% of time then after it seems ready to close… lights flash on garage opener motor unit it presents close button again in car which works fine right away. Clearly needs debugging… my guess is something as vehicle networks are leaving home WiFi and leaning on cell net… very curious. Not so much CT problem as MyQ

mine has been doing this very sporadically. Did it for the first time about 3 weeks in. I pulled over, put it into park for a min. Then back to drive and it didn’t do it again for a week. I had the truck in for service a few weeks ago for a tonneau replacement due to a slat seal issue, and they said they couldn’t reproduce. They said they saw it dozens of times in the vehicle history Though. Wish they would have given it more time, but it’s not critical and I wanted the truck back.

I’ll bring up this post and the valve block next time I need service. I’ve had my model 3 for over 2 years and it hasn’t needed service once.. so maybe the truck will just never get fixed lol

Tesla service replaced my valve block and my suspension compressor three months ago and that fixed the problem.

It took two days for me, but it sat for a day and a half before being serviced.
