I think that you have your range numbers mixed up. The AT tires have less range the AS.I’ve been eligible to order FS for quite some time but I’m waiting for non FS. I checked the ordering page in my app just for ‘fun’ which I do all too much, and the all season tires aren’t there anymore.
I assume this isn’t a glitch. It makes sense if the Foundation orders are going away altogether soon. All the more reason for me to wait because I prefer the increased efficiency despite the more rugged look of the AT tires.
I don’t think any actual AS tires have been delivered so hopefully their future availability isn’t in question. Tesla website still lists 340 miles of range so I’d be surprised if they aren’t going to be available at some point.
Hopefully, you get 2 sets of tires in the endI just took delivery of my AWD last night in Denver (Aurora). I ordered the core wheels/tires to get the extra mileage. I was surprised when I placed the order on June 11th that they allowed me to choose the core wheels and it still kept my expected delivery of June-August. I got the confirmation email, then a VIN, and finally a delivery last night.
Sure enough, the truck had the regular AT wheels/tires. I went back and looked at my description in the app and Tesla had changed it without notification to be the AT set-up. I pulled up the confirmation email which clearly shows Core set-up. The folks at the delivery center were very helpful and attached the deficiency to my account. So, in theory I will eventually get the Core wheels.
With all of that said, the AT wheels look fantastic and I’m second guessing myself. I’ll see what happens and report back.
What if we already designed with this tire? Is it still going to be given to us on the foundation series?I actually prefer this style of alloy wheel more than the current one.
It will also show more of the brake caliper for those who are interested in painting them.

I just received the following text - supposedly from Tesla. I have no messages in my account. Called Tesla to ask but rep not available. Told to try again later.I’ve been eligible to order FS for quite some time but I’m waiting for non FS. Follow instructions and reply with 'YES' if you want to proceed. Likely an automated text from HQ. Don't waste time calling a sales center- they don't author these messages and are likely unaware plus Tesla doesn't want you to call with questions that you already know the answer to.I just received the following text - supposedly from Tesla. Hello (my first name), this is Tesla regarding your upcoming Cybertruck delivery. The options you selected are not expected to be available until later in 2024. In order to support you with the earliest possible delivery, you may upgrade your interior trim or wheel option at no cost to you, for a limited time and subject to availability. Note the estimated range for the upgraded wheel is 318mi.
Reply YES to confirm you would like to move forward with an earlier available configuration.
The text was from a 501 area code number. Don’t know whether it is legitimate or not, so don’t intend to respond.
Thought I’d post here to see if anyone else has received such a text.
See my post directly up from yours. Yes, it's legit.
