That's the beauty of Costco, I have yet to see one that is really tight. Or even has a spot marked "compact". Knowing their customer has just purchased $500 in two carts, all the lots I've seen have pretty generous stalls and lanes.
LOL. That's probably true. My wife complains that Home Depot has the smallest parking spots for people who typically drive the largest vehicles.

Yeah, people give me odd looks when I load up my Zero.

"Brave choice of vehicle for a Costco run!"

Interesting. I can tell you it's loads easier to back in and also pull straight out in crowded or tight lots.
I know, but that was probably a fair sample, likely a typical mix of suburban shoppers for this area. And, although it was full, as usual, our Costco lots' spaces are not tight and neither are the aisles.

Humans are creatures of habit, I hear. Maybe the lifelong owners of long wheelbase vehicles (mostly trucks) learned to back in early. I think a large fraction of today's suburban pickup owners developed their habits driving cars.

That fraction are folks who started buying trucks, rather than typical cars, later in life when luxurious true five-passenger pickups became available. Perhaps they are still parking their trucks the way they learned to park their cars.

Right.. but isnt that an issue? 50,000 pre cybertruck stalls.. some of them might be useless? Idk.. kinda concerns me.. maybe im thinkng to hard about it.
Probably been said already, and not saying to insult, but I’m sure Tesla been thinking about this for 4yrs+, especially now they are signing on all brands.

The two SC stations closest to my house both have back and side mounted SCs, and I believe both have at least one pull through spot. I'm not saying they are all that way, just the ones I've used since this thread started, so I've paid attention to them.
I believe all of the ones in our area have 1 pull-in spot like that. Seems they made it a standard thing here

Again, people see theCybertruck in the flesh and don't take measurements!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We need total width (wheel flare edge to wheel flare edge) AND length (front bumper to rear bumper)
