If you don't have the A/C option toggled (maybe only in the car screen?) it can only use outside vent air which in your case seems to be well over 100 degrees. Honestly, I think cabin overheat is a dumb & energy wasting feature that puts unneeded hundreds/thousands of hours of use on the fan blower motor and A/C compressor.

I personally just pre-cool from the app 5 minutes before I'm going to head out to the car if it's been sitting outside.

It appears as if there is only one option for Cabin Overheat for the Cybertruck at the current time. I think that it is using A/C at this time, because it's draw is reportedly significant.

Even 1 minute will tend to cool the vehicle dramatically,
I just open the door, wait for 5-10 seconds (to let the bubble of heat escape) and there's then cold breeze on me. I'm too lazy to go to the app.
