Anyone get a new CT/CB and have a badly faded truck bed??

Hey everyone... just got a brand new VIIN like 40,000ish, 6 miles on her, CyberBeast.

I do a walkthru at the dealership, notice the truck bed looked... dirty I thought. Been waiting for her for awhile, didn't want to be a Karen about it, so I thought i'd clean and spray detailer on it.

Well I washed and sprayed detailer on it expending the dry or water/sunlight baked areas to go away, and the detailer didn't do anything.

I know its a truck, and I don't care if I destroy the bed doing truck stuff, but I don't think an over $100k truck should have its bed looking like this.

Just seeing if anyone else experienced this

So that bed was likely faded before delivery, then they used something like this to try to clean and restore it.

I have a boeing rubber/plastic lube, but it didn't do anything to the faded parts

Take video and pictures, then put in a service request in the app. They’ll have to either fix it or replace it. That’s by far the worst I’ve seen.

I do not have a CT but if my Mavrick which has a liner in it was like that I would not have accepted it.

There were a couple posts about this back when the original foundation series came out. I think the liner ended up needing to be replaced.

It puts the lotion on the bed or it gets the hose again. That thing is ashy, I'd put in a service for that one.

Report it as a defect within 100 miles/3 days.This should be replaced.
