This is not looking good. This is why I will not allow Tesla to touch my cantrails until they have this sorted out, or until they fall off.

Post recall my alignment is.........ok
But yup, definitely a bump

Same. Still have a long time for the bumper-to-bumper warranty. No need to rush unless they start falling off. I’d rather wait until they get it right; don’t need it right now.

I got mine replaced today - and I will be going back for round 2. The rails came out like ass, and I don't think they can defend it. Of course, it was the end of the day and the service manager had gone home when I picked it up.

Plus, I had them change my wiper blade and they managed to kink the hose or something, so now it sprays out the bottom of the wiper arm and not the wiper itself. Friggin' wonderful.

I’m sorry you have to deal with that. Is mind boggling how there’s no QA of the work before giving it to the customer.

They replaced my wiper blade and didn’t connect the latter half of the blade to the nozzle. So only the bottom half of the blade squirted fluid. I fixed it myself but they damaged the blade so it still didn’t squirt fluid. Had to go back and they replaced the blade.

With the CT, I now always QA the work before I leave the lot.

Mine are going back next Wednesday for readjustment. They left sharp edges sticking up on the passenger front and drivers side rear corners.
Sloppy to say the least.

Man, Hemi, we must've had the same tech work on our trucks. Maybe they fly him around the country to mess with people.

getting mine done on Friday. I wonder if they will give me the $300 store credit? I don't have a wrap but I do have a metal ceramic coating that will have to be replaced.

Is this the Raintree service center? They are scheduled to do mine 8-20, but now I don’t know.

EVERY. SINGLE. SERVICE CENTER VISIT. MEANS. ADDITIONAL. SERVICE CENTER VISITS. (For stuff they’ve messed up.)

No. This is on the new truck before wrap so recall was fine at the factory presumably or wherever it
came from (Virginia I think?). Raintree is going to adjust it next Wednesday.

Another question, can they do it with the urander rack on and should we be concerned they will mess that up too? Happy to help with removal labor if needed but that seems like it would be no small project.

Thanks, bro. I’m taking it off (new one shipping to me soon anyway). It actually isn’t too bad taking off as you can keep large sections attached to one another. But I gotta remove the water systems I have. I have visions/plans for improving things on reinstall.

Second chances at this stuff are nice. I can attest to that.
