Iām sorry you have to deal with that. Is mind boggling how thereās no QA of the work before giving it to the customer.I got mine replaced today - and I will be going back for round 2. The rails came out like ass, and I don't think they can defend it. Of course, it was the end of the day and the service manager had gone home when I picked it up.
Plus, I had them change my wiper blade and they managed to kink the hose or something, so now it sprays out the bottom of the wiper arm and not the wiper itself. Friggin' wonderful.

Thanks, bro. Iām taking it off (new one shipping to me soon anyway). It actually isnāt too bad taking off as you can keep large sections attached to one another. But I gotta remove the water systems I have.
