This is what Tesla emailed me in March this year when I ordered the Cybertruck for $250 for reservation. I never received an invoice or bill for $1000 or paid them $1000.

Also, reservation ≠ order. A reservation gets you in line for an invite, an order is after you configure it and pay $1000.

That looks like an order confirmation for a Foundation Series, not a reservation.

For context here is my FS Order Agreement which was configured the day after the first round of invites. I believe the $1,000 started with folks who didn't agree to configure FS within whatever window Tesla chose to accept the $250.

Yeah, they changed the non-refundable deposit to $1000 sometime in December.

The reservation doesn't include any of the line-items, either.

I got an invitation in early June for the Beast. I did not reply cause I will stick with my dual motor mainly cause the mileage (distance between charges) is most important. Now my question
Are dual motors being delivered now?
Also is anyone receiving the range extender? I look forward to powering the house in the event of a severe storm, which occasionally happens here in Florida.

Range Extenders are supposed to be available starting at the end of 2024 (when I configured in December 2023, I added the Range Extender at that time).

Dual motor trucks have been delivered for many months now (they were first), also referred to as AWD. The more rare CyberBeast is a tri-motor vehicle, and those are being made in smaller quantities...

I can confirm that TESLA is still reaching out to reservation holders, and it looks like they going to invite EVERYONE!! They have to be near the end of the list!!

Anyhow, I just got invited to configure my second CT reservation that was made in March 2024, RN 1212xxxxx. And yes, it is on the same account as my current CT order.

BTW, I haven't received that first CT yet, RN 11329xxxx made in Feb. 2020 and the order configured in May 2024.

I will do nothing with this reservation, the plan was to get this one 6-8 years down the road. I do wonder what the conversion/order rate will be when we get to non-FS trucks? Hopefully it will be higher than the FS!
