Same crazy low ball on our 2018 Dual Motor Model 3 with FSD. We’re opting to sell privately and should get a solid 10K+ more than trade in offer.

I decided to get a used 2021 M3 performance with FSD from Tesla, end of Nov 2023. Its a 2021 with only 6500 miles on it, $41k purchase price. Then Jan 9th I put a deposit down on a dual motor CT. I recieved an offer from Tesla for $36k trade in not even a month later. Will either sell the M3 personally or rent out on Turo.

How much could I rent the CT on Turo per day? $1000 per day ?? Rent it out twice a month and have it pay for itself?

4.54% from Navy FCU, 101k for 36 months. Waited till this month to get the preapproval and ordered CT December 16th.

Commander Ernie, my Dad, God rest his soul, retired from the Navy in 1963 when I was 11 years old. I have his Navy ID, my birth certificate and hope to qualify for an account and a FSCT loan from the Navy CU. I was even born in a Navy hospital! I have only had one other car loan and 6 home mortgages. I think it will be pretty cool to connect Dad to this CT. Kinda like Dad and I buying a CT together. Hmm, I did have a $600 car loan from the bank of Mom and Dad on my first car. Not sure I ever paid that loan off! But that was before they had credit scores. Hard to believe how the world worked back then.

Have not heard back from Tesla. If I am approved for the loan. yet.

How long did it take for you get it approval on your lone after you receive the your loan approval from Tesla?

Does anyone know if Tesla waits to see if you get loan approval before they give you a delivery date?

I ordered the FSCT on 12/31. I applied through the Tesla app for a loan on 1/11 with $7.6k down and 6.59%. The $7.6k down loan was not approved the next day, but I got approval for a loan on 1/12 for $17.8k down and 6.59%. Just today (2/9) I received a US mail notification of the original $7.6k down loan rejection. In the rejection letter for the $7.6k down loan they said my credit score was 857. The $17.8k down offer that I was approved, expired on 2/2. When I get my VIN I'll start shopping for a loan again. Hope to get one through the Navy CU.

My 6.59 expired today so I reapplied and it said 6.49. Final was 8.12. Not sure what’s up. Have to call tomorrow. Was putting 50k down. Rather not pay cash, but that rate I’d have to.

USSFCU 5.24% for 60 months as others are getting.

Fairly easy process setting up account and then applying for loan and probably the best rate most can get outside of specific credit unions only available to certain groups.

Also, good for 60 days, which is awesome.

Completed the loan with Navy Federal CU today. I was pre-approved for $110K but then they had some trouble figuring out how much the Cybertruck was worth and decided they would finance $92500. I covered the rest as a down payment.

72 months at 5.94%. First payment March 27th.

I unfortunately asked Tesla to hold my spot until the end of the year. I have construction going on in my backyard. Was a hard decision, but will still aim for this 2024. Have a delivery date?
